It would like to be able to have the feature to upload a revised document for signing, so it just creates a new version over the original document and notifies the signers of the revision.

Also, along with that I should be able to cancel or close a document if it is no longer valid or is revoked for some reason. An, again, it would notify the signers of the status of the document being changed.

I think some people need the plan which is lower than Bronze, like pay as you use the plan or may be not unlimited document maybe limited document and lower prize than Bronze plan.

Currently the plans page https://rightsignature.com/account/plan/change says that API access is only available to Gold Plans ($249/mth). Doesn't this stop 3rd party services providing integration extensions into RightSignature to all its users? Why?

I would like to be able to setup an autoresponder that thanks a client for signing the document and points them to some followup information and preparatory materials

If we could implement all our forms, without having to commit to a larger plan, I believe adoption would spread faster through our organization.

I've had far too many clients of ours say they did not receive the email, usually because their servers are blocking an email address like support@outbound.rightsignature.com, thinking it is spam.

My business is in Poland, what about having the ability to use a different language?

It would be great if RightSignature saved Merge data for future use (by doc name or number) so that you could create new documents with the same data quickly, or "copy" documents and then have edit capability.

For example, let's say you used the merge fields to collect contact information. if you want to send a another document to someone you already completed a document with, you could "copy" the original contract data so you don't have to fill it all in again.

I would like to be able to use RightSignature as the main storage location for all contracts for my organisation. Not all clients wan to use RightSignature and I have lots of contracts that were signed by hand before I knew about RightSignature. I would like to be able to upload PDF's of these signed contracts and store them in my RightSignature account so that I don't have contracts stored in multiple locations.

If importing a pdf with form fields, I should be able to change the order of the tab function, right now it jumps around

I would love to be able to:

- Add an additional role to a reusable template after I've created it.

- Remove a document page after I've created a template -- do I really need to start over from scratch?

- Improve auto-form feature: I'd love to have your auto-form fields appear in form order. When it auto-forms (a huge time saver), the recipient cannot tab through in order; it jumps around the document making for a very confusing experience. If I choose to edit each tab myself, it takes hours to set up a template. This is incredibly frustrating.

Allow users to respond with comments when they want changes and route response to original sender.

For example, allow signer to check a box "Pay with Credit Card" and when checked, it requires additional information (name, CC number, signature, etc.). When not checked, this additional CC info is not required.

An option to ask signers to use the photo authentication feature before they submit the document.
