Document Revision & Cancellation
It would like to be able to have the feature to upload a revised document for signing, so it just creates a new version over the original document and notifies the signers of the revision.
Also, along with that I should be able to cancel or close a document if it is no longer valid or is revoked for some reason. An, again, it would notify the signers of the status of the document being changed.

API access to all user accounts, not just $249/mth plans
Currently the plans page https://rightsignature.com/account/plan/change says that API access is only available to Gold Plans ($249/mth). Doesn't this stop 3rd party services providing integration extensions into RightSignature to all its users? Why?
30 votesAPI access on our Gold plan is designed for business users who integrate their internal company systems with RightSignature. If you are interested in integrating your web application or third-party service with RightSignature, please contact us to discuss.

Multiple potential signers, only 1 needed to execute contract
Currently, if you list more than 1 signer, all signers must execute the contract before it is considered fully executed. In other words, each signer is an "AND" (Bob AND Mary AND Steve must sign).
There are many situations where you send a contract to several people at a company, and any of the staff lawyers is allowed to sign and execute the document (or any of a number of VP-level folks are allowed to execute the document). Thus, the signers should be an "OR" (Bob OR Mary OR Steve may sign the document).
As soon as ONE of them… more

Create an Android app for RightSignature
It would be great to have an Android app that at least matches the functionality of the iPhone application. Thanks!

Consider a pay-per-use pricing model, which I believe would accelerate adoption....
If we could implement all our forms, without having to commit to a larger plan, I believe adoption would spread faster through our organization.

I would like to be able to setup an autoresponder that thanks a client for signing the document and points them to some followup information and preparatory materials

Use an email that doesn't get blocked
I've had far too many clients of ours say they did not receive the email, usually because their servers are blocking an email address like support@outbound.rightsignature.com, thinking it is spam.

A very small percentage of emails are caught in recipients’ spam filters, regardless of the outbound email address, message content, or email server utilized. While this issue is very difficult to eradicate all of the time, our team continually monitors and adjusts email infrastructure to achieve as close to 100% deliverability as possible.

Save Merge Data for Future Use
It would be great if RightSignature saved Merge data for future use (by doc name or number) so that you could create new documents with the same data quickly, or "copy" documents and then have edit capability.
For example, let's say you used the merge fields to collect contact information. if you want to send a another document to someone you already completed a document with, you could "copy" the original contract data so you don't have to fill it all in again.

upload contracts signed outside of RightSignature
I would like to be able to use RightSignature as the main storage location for all contracts for my organisation. Not all clients wan to use RightSignature and I have lots of contracts that were signed by hand before I knew about RightSignature. I would like to be able to upload PDF's of these signed contracts and store them in my RightSignature account so that I don't have contracts stored in multiple locations.

Send email attachments from iPad to RightSignature
On a desktop computer, using the Flash object to upload documents from your hard drive makes sense. On an iPad, it's impossible. It would be great if you could just forward a document that someone sent you in email to upload@rightsignature.com and then be able to manipulate that document or send it for signing from the iPad app or a website.
See here for an example of what the competition does:

21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Maybe it already is, but is this product 21 CFR Part 11 compliant? I think it is almost there, but I did not see any specific information on the biometric section.

International date option...
Dates entered in any Date Box dragged into a document are auto formatted in the USA style: M/D/Y.
This is un-natural and it lacks clarity over this side of the 'pond' so please may we have option for: D/M/Y?
(... or maybe allowing the spelling out the month as a word would remove all doubts?)3 votes -
Remove the intro video and redo it with a better voice actor. "Ohh garr so frustrating..."
It really is embarrassing - I liked your product until I heard the voice actor on your intro video.

International / localised timezones
Please at a minimum add the time-zone letters into to the (signature/completion) Timestamp for clarity (i.e. PST) - surprisingly, as emailed out, it's not stated now so actual time of completion is a tad, well fuzzy.
Or better yet: How about allowing us account holders to set a more localised reference Time & Time-Zone, (with 3 letter code!) for use in our account (signature/completion) Timestamp..?
(So whilst understanding the need for very definitive time/dates in the Timestamp at bottom of a completed doc, the Pacific Time Zone I believe R-S use, is often a full 8 x zones from working… more
